Noel Nix (MURP '08) recently announced his candidacy for St. Paul City Council Member in Ward 1. Noel is currently a legislative aide in the office of St. Paul Council Member Melvin Carter.After completing his degree at the Humphrey School, he accepted a position with the Metropolitan Consortium of Community Developers, and had previously spent several years working in the private sector and as a residential property manager in St. Paul. Noel also holds a bachelors degree in business from the Carlson School of Management.
