Glynn receives Government of Ireland postgraduate scholarship

Natalie Glynn (MDP '14) recently received a prestigious three-year scholarship from the Government of Ireland to conduct doctoral research at Trinity College in the School of Social Work and Social Policy. Glynn will be recruiting 30-40 young people leaving care at the age of 18 for a year-long longitudinal qualitative study of the transition out of care. This study follows a change in Irish state legislation that creates an obligation to provide care leavers with aftercare plans and services.
